About BOOA
BOOA is a design catalog for 3D-printable objects. Some parts of the site are publicly available, while additional features and content are available to eligible BOOA members through the BOOA Portal.
BOOA and Patreon
BOOA memberships are offered and purchased through Patreon.
Patreon handles the membership transaction, billing, payment processing, subscription management and payment status. BOOA Portal uses membership information provided by Patreon to determine access to member features and content.
The Portal is an additional service provided by BOOA to make the membership easier to use, including catalog browsing, downloads, Collections and other member tools that are not necessarily available through Patreon itself.
BOOA Portal does not directly process membership payments or store payment card details.
Refund requests, payment disputes, chargebacks and other payment-related matters are handled through Patreon or the applicable payment platform and are subject to their respective processes and policies. Where BOOA approves or issues a refund, it is processed through Patreon.
Access to the Portal
Access to member-only areas and features depends on the membership entitlement currently recognized by BOOA through Patreon or on access specifically granted by BOOA.
Changes to a Patreon membership may affect the features, content and rights available through the Portal.
Specific membership benefits, tiers, prices and download allowances may change over time and are described in the applicable BOOA membership offering rather than fixed in these Terms.
Using the Site
The site and Portal are intended for lawful personal use in connection with BOOA products and memberships.
Users may not interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt to obtain unauthorized access, misuse another person's account or access, or use the service in a way that harms BOOA or other users.
Designs and Intellectual Property
BOOA designs, files, images, text, branding and other original materials remain the intellectual property of BOOA Design unless stated otherwise.
Access to a file or membership benefit does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.
Rights to use BOOA design files are governed separately by the applicable Membership & License Terms.
Availability and Changes
BOOA may update, modify, replace or discontinue parts of the site, Portal, catalog or member functionality as the service evolves.
BOOA aims to keep the service available and working reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Features that depend on Patreon or other third-party services may also be affected by the availability or operation of those services.
